LABORATORY

Bench-to-report lab operations — every result defensible.

A laboratory information system for any kind of lab — clinical, environmental, materials, petroleum, food, and more. A curated instrument catalog, your live fleet register, results in every shape from a single value to a gigapixel slide image, and the quality-control and calibration evidence that makes each result stand up to an auditor.

The whole fleet on one governed register — every instrument with its status, location, and calibration state, filterable across sites and disciplines.

WHAT IT DOES

Run your instrument fleet, results, quality control, and calibration on one governed record — with the traceability an auditor expects, reconstructed on demand.

Register instruments straight from a curated catalog organized by device class, manufacturer, and what each model measures — and add your own private models without touching the shared library.
Result entry adapts to the assay: fields, units, and allowed values come from the assay definition, and every value is auto-flagged against its reference range as you type.
A quality-control release gate holds a result until acceptable QC evidence exists — releasing anyway takes a separate permission and a written reason, recorded as an override.
Reconstruct full traceability for any result on demand: the calibration in effect at the moment of observation, the method version, the operator’s competency evidence, and the accreditation scope as it stood at reading time — with missing evidence shown as a gap, never papered over.
Corrections are append-only: a correction creates the next immutable version with a mandatory reason, and the original stays intact.
Instruments connect over the standard laboratory protocols labs already speak; failed messages land in a queue you can replay once the mapping is fixed — nothing silently lost.
Retention policies and legal holds are governed, versioned records with their own dedicated permissions.
A clinical lab is explicitly flagged as one — only then can a patient be attached, bridging results to the patient record and standard health-data export, inside the protected-data boundary.
Out-of-range sweeps show every value that fell outside its reference or specification over a chosen window, filterable by analyte, instrument, or site.

Westgard rules evaluated on the server for every control lane — an out-of-control point rejects the release, and clearing it takes an acknowledged reason on the immutable record.

SAME GOVERNANCE, EVERY APP

Results are append-only, every override lands on the record, and an auditor can reconstruct any result’s provenance on demand.

For lab directors, QA managers, and bench teams in regulated testing environments. It runs on the same governed platform as everything else — one permission model, one verifiable record, and the same agents acting under the limits you set. Start with Laboratory and add the rest when you’re ready, with nothing to re-integrate or re-secure.
