From the first trade to the closing deal.
The warehouse is part of the deal record. Its terms are cited to the document, and every trade is checked against them on the day it is recorded.
Terms with their clauses.
Each warehouse term is recorded with the clause it comes from. A term with no clause is not recorded.
Every trade, checked as it happens.
Eligibility, concentration, advance rate and margin triggers are checked on each trade. Recording a trade is never blocked: the result of each check sits beside it. A check that cannot be run says so and is never shown as a pass.
Test a trade before you record it.
Run the same checks on a trade that has not happened. Nothing is recorded.
A failed check opens the work.
When a check fails, a task is opened for the role that has to act on it, with the cure date where the facility sets one.
Tied, explained or a break.
The warehouse position is reconciled with the lender's report. Each line is tied, explained with a cited reason, or marked as a break.
Takeout at closing.
At closing the assets move to the new deal in paired transfers, and the payoff is recorded against the facility.
