Why is the fee not based on deal size?
You pay for software, not for an opinion on your deal. The fee does not change with a deal's size, its ratings, its performance, its trades or its investors.
What does a deal that never closes cost?
Only the months it was in progress, and never more than $18,000. Billing stops at the end of the month it is withdrawn. Its record, documents and history stay available to you, read-only, at no charge.
Do the parties I invite need a subscription?
No. Arrangers, counsel, trustees, administrators, rating agencies and investors work on the deals they are invited to at no charge. A party pays only if it takes a Firm subscription of its own.
Who owns a deal?
The firm that opens a deal owns it and pays its fee, usually the collateral manager.
Is AI usage metered?
No. Questions, document reading and agent work inside DealGraph are included in the fee.
Where is my data held?
In the United States. Inside DealGraph, access follows your organization: by team, by role, by deal, by note class and by document.
