Amendments, supplements and restatements are linked into one chain. DealGraph knows which version of every term is in force and exactly what each amendment changed. Earlier readings are kept, never overwritten.
What changed, term by term.
When a deal is amended or refinanced, DealGraph compares the documents and lists each term that moved, was added or was removed, with the old and new wording side by side. A clause that only moved is told apart from one whose wording changed.

Where two documents disagree, neither is discarded. Each reading stays with its source and its date, so a later reader can see what was knowable at the time.
