Your counterparties, on the deal.
DealGraph includes a CRM for the counterparties you work with. A counterparty profile links to its place on a deal, and what you record about a counterparty stays with your firm.
A profile for every counterparty.
Record a counterparty's type, domicile and identifier, and what it is eligible for, with who attested to it, the date and when the attestation expires. An expired attestation reads as expired.
Import a list.
Import counterparties and their contacts from a CSV file. DealGraph shows the full plan, row by row, before anything is saved, and matches a row to an existing record by identifier first, then by name and website.
Linked to the deal.
Link a counterparty to its place on a deal, in the role it plays there.
Map a deal's directory to your records.
A deal's party directory can be matched to your own counterparties by identifier. You confirm each match, and the mapping is yours alone.
Who covers whom.
On a deal, each party shows the counterparty you have mapped to it, who covers it and when you last touched it.
A workspace for your role.
The CRM sidebar is arranged for a collateral manager, an arranger or an investor.
Private to your firm.
Profiles, eligibility records and deal links belong to the firm that records them. Another party on the deal never sees how you map or cover it.
